UPokerTrainer is an educational poker strategy app operated by Adamand Tech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and older. UPokerTrainer does not facilitate, process, or accept real-money wagers, bets, or any form of online gambling. By using the app you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

When emailing, please include your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials in support correspondence.

Many quick answers — sign-in, subscriptions, sync, restoring purchases — are covered on the FAQ page. Check there first.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. You can change or cancel anytime:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → UPokerTrainer.
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

To restore a previous purchase on a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, then open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data from inside the app:

1. Open UPokerTrainer.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account record and personal data are removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained. If you can't access the app, email contact@adamandtech.co from the address tied to your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

Report a bug or request a feature

Email contact@adamandtech.co with the subject line Bug or Feature request. Including reproduction steps for bugs speeds things up significantly.
