Account & Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy. You can request full deletion of your UPokerTrainer account and associated data at any time.

Method 1: In-App Immediate Deletion (Recommended)

Open the UPokerTrainer app on your device.
Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

This immediately soft-deletes your account, revokes auth credentials, and queues all associated cloud training records for hard deletion (GDPR Art. 17).

Method 2: Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email request from your registered email address:

Please include your account email address. Requests sent via web email are verified and processed within 7 business days.

Data Retained / Deleted

Deleted: Email address, user profile, training statistics, Firestore user records, FCM push notification tokens.
Retained (Anonymized): Transaction logs required for tax/accounting records are retained per statutory requirements.
